What we provide
Fullpotentialpeople provides self-development assessments, reports, an organisation energy map, digital books and audiobooks, and optional seminars. The assessments are development tools. They are not medical, psychological or diagnostic instruments and must not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion or dismissal decisions.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the answers you give. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Do not share an account with someone else — each seat belongs to one person.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are shown in euro and include applicable tax where required. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Digital products and access are delivered immediately after a successful payment, by unlocking your account and/or by e-mail.
EU right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has started with your consent — so by starting the assessment, opening the report, or downloading the book or audiobook, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that item. Unused team seats and unstarted purchases can be refunded within 14 days: write to Joakim@fullpotentialpeople.com. If something is broken or not as described, you keep your statutory rights and we will fix it or refund you.
Team seats and organisations
The buyer of team seats administers the organisation and can see the team map, aggregate insights and role-fit views. Individual private results — including the belief-versus-performance comparison — are visible only to the person they belong to. Invite only people who expect to be invited.
Content and acceptable use
The tests, texts, reports, book and audiobook are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal or internal team use. Do not copy, resell, publish or reverse-engineer them. Do not attempt to break the site's security, scrape it, or use it to harass anyone.
Liability and law
The service is provided by Fullpotentialpeople AS. We provide it with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.
