Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Fullpotentialpeople processes when you use this site, why we process it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions or requests: Joakim@fullpotentialpeople.com.

Who is responsible

Fullpotentialpeople AS is the data controller for the data described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at Joakim@fullpotentialpeople.com. Postal address: Chr. Bruuns gate 6, Hamar, Norway.

What we collect and why

  • Account data — your e-mail address and login details (or your Google account e-mail if you log in with Google). Purpose: to create your account, keep your results and let you log back in. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Assessment answers and results — your answers to the free board, the 120-question assessment and the timed performance tasks, plus the scores and profile derived from them. Purpose: to produce your result, your report and (if you join one) your organisation map. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Optional context — name, role, function, seniority, age range and industry, when you choose to enter them. Purpose: to label your profile and compare your result with your industry. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw by clearing the fields or asking us to delete them.
  • Peer feedback — when you invite a colleague or friend, we process the e-mail addresses you enter and the answers they give about you. Purpose: to send the invite and show the mirrored view of your profile. Legal basis: legitimate interest in delivering the feature you asked for.
  • Purchase data — the products you buy, the amount, and the payment reference from our payment provider. Card details are never sent to or stored on our servers. Purpose: to deliver what you bought and keep records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (accounting).
  • Technical data — basic security and error information needed to keep the site running. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working service.

Automated processing and AI

Parts of the assessment are scored with the help of AI models. Your free-text answers to the creativity and word tasks are sent to an AI model through our backend so it can rate them; the model returns a score and a short explanation which we store with your result. We do not use your answers to train AI models, and we do not sell them.

The scoring is automated, but it has no legal or similarly significant effect on you — it produces a personal development profile, not a decision about employment, credit or access to a service. You can always ask us to explain or delete a result. If your employer purchased seats, they see the team map and role-fit view; your private belief-versus-performance comparison is never shown to anyone but you.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of processors, each bound by a data processing agreement and only allowed to use the data to provide their service to us:

  • Cloud hosting, database and authentication for the site and your account.
  • Our payment provider, for checkout, payment records and receipts.
  • Our transactional e-mail provider, for invites, notifications and password e-mails.
  • Our AI provider, for scoring the free-text test answers described above.

Where a processor is outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We can tell you which providers we currently use if you ask at Joakim@fullpotentialpeople.com.

How long we keep it

  • Account and results: for as long as your account exists, then deleted on request.
  • Purchase and accounting records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Invite e-mail addresses: until the invite is completed or expires.

Ask us to delete your account and we remove your profile, answers and results.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and receive your data in a portable format. Write to Joakim@fullpotentialpeople.com and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority in the EU/EEA.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you logged in and to remember your progress through a test. See the cookie notice for details.

Changes

If we change how we process data we will update this page. Material changes are announced by e-mail to account holders.
